Tester Verification (Name): During testing tracks and verification workflows, the app prompts participants to voluntarily submit their name. This name, alongside a creation timestamp, is securely sent to and stored in Google Cloud Firestore for tester verification and management.
Local Storage: Routine counter tallies, custom target preferences, haptic configurations, and tester verification flags are stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences.
App Performance & Diagnostics: The app utilizes Google Analytics for Firebase to collect aggregate diagnostics, app stability metrics, interaction events, and approximate device specifications (e.g., OS version, device model).
No Sensitive Personal Records: We do not collect passwords, physical addresses, contact lists, GPS locations, financial details, or media files.

To provide a tactile and responsive counting experience, the app requests minimal hardware access:

Vibration (Haptics): Used exclusively to deliver tactile feedback when counting, completing cycles, or resetting counts. It does not access private files or identify you.
Internet Access: Required strictly for communicating with Firebase backends (verifying test participation and logging diagnostic metrics).

Locally stored counter configurations remain on your device until cleared or uninstalled. Information stored in Cloud Firestore (such as tester verification names) is retained for testing assessment and operational tracking. Users or testers wishing to have their submitted name or record deleted may contact us directly via email.

All network transmissions between the application and Google Cloud infrastructure are encrypted in transit using standard HTTPS/TLS protocols.

The app does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe an unauthorized minor has submitted personal information through the app, please reach out so we can promptly delete the entry.
